President Goodluck Jonathan has said
that in the next three months the problem of Boko Haram insurgency would
have been significantly eradicated.
The President, a CNN interview monitored
by our correspondent on Friday, said Nigeria’s “security architecture”
was not prepared for the problem of terrorism.
He also said the country was not
negotiating with Boko Haram contrary to opinions, but simply making
attempts to “change their orientation”.
Jonathan said, “We are not negotiating
with Boko Haram. It is done all over the world. It is not negotiation.
